Custom Manufacturing FAQs

Details on lead times, MOQs, and the bespoke design process.

For fully bespoke patterns and custom-dyed fabrics, the MOQ is typically 100 units. For off-the-shelf garments with custom embroidery or simple alterations (like contrast piping), the MOQ is 25 units.
Lead times vary based on complexity. Logo embroidery on standard stock takes 2-3 weeks. Fully bespoke garments (custom fabric dyeing and pattern making) typically take 8-12 weeks from final design approval to delivery.
We charge a one-time setup fee to digitise your logo into an embroidery file. This fee is waived for bulk orders exceeding 100 units. Once digitised, we keep the file on record for all future orders.
Yes. Once the digital design is approved and a deposit is paid, we produce a pre-production physical sample. Full production only begins once you have signed off on this sample.
Absolutely. Correct sizing is critical for bespoke orders since they cannot be returned. We supply a full sizing set (one garment in every size) so your staff can try them on and order accurately.
